International Activity

Energy markets are increasingly interconnected across Europe. Therefore the expansion of Kelag´s renewable portfolio on an internation scale also contributes to the work on the energy transition and the safeguarding of resources.

The subsidiary Kelag International pools the international activities of the Kelag Group in the business fields of hydropower, wind power and photovoltaics as well as in energy services and energy trading abroad. To seize economic opportunities in neighboring countries Kelag International has been investing in renewable energy projects in the three European regions of Iberia, Mediterranean and Southeast Europe since 2009.
