were adjusted from 1 January 2019 in line with the additional 30% of the installation costs, however capped at
amendment. For specific private customers in Carinthia, EUR 250 kWpeak, was granted as an investment subsidy for

On the basis of the authorisation pursuant to the ÖSG
(Austrian Green Electricity Act) 2012, E-Control issued a new

guarantees of origin are allocated to electricity dealers and
cleared daily at a fixed purchase price in accordance with
applicable market regulations.
The 2019 ordinance on the renewable electricity
contribution charge based on the ÖSG 2012 came into
effect on 1 January 2019. It revises the green electricity
contribution charges for the calendar year 2019 by grid
level and according to components of network user
charges (grid user charges for service, grid user charges for
work and grid loss charges per grid level). These must be
paid for by all end customers connected to the public grid.
As the responsible party for the green balancing group,
OeMAG Abwicklungsstelle für Ökostrom AG’s obligations
included collecting a percentage mark-up of around 16.2%
on the grid user charges and grid loss charges per grid level
in 2019 (2018: 24.6%) as a contribution to green electricity.
With the 2018 ordinance on green electricity feed-in tariffs,
the feed-in tariffs for green electricity plants were defined
for the calendar years 2018 and 2019 pursuant to Sec. 19
ÖSG 2012. The tariff to buy electric power from
photovoltaic facilities (PV) that are only installed on or at a
building with a congestion capacity of over 5 kWpeak to
200 kWpeak was 7.67 ct/kWh at the time of application and
conclusion of the contract in 2019 (2018: 7.91 ct/kWh). An
